How I work
The strongest ideas usually begin with friction I have felt myself: finding a market, staying consistent, keeping useful knowledge, or understanding how work affects health.
I move between research, product, design, and engineering so the first idea and the finished experience stay connected.
I would rather put a focused tool in someone’s hands, learn from real use, and improve it than hide behind a large plan.
